Warranty Claim Process
Designed to resolve most issues quickly - especially serviceable wheel and hardware problems.
BEFORE YOU START
Please do not ship The Leadoff back to 143 Baseball unless our team specifically requests it. Many issues can be resolved with photos, video, and a replacement part.
1. GATHER YOUR INFORMATION
- Name and contact information - include the best email address and phone number for follow-up.
- Order number or proof of purchase - the original 143 Baseball order number, receipt, or authorized-seller proof of purchase.
- Purchase date - approximate date is acceptable if shown on the proof of purchase.
- Description of the issue - explain what failed, when you noticed it, and how the bag was being used.
- Clear photos - include close-up photos of the affected area and at least one wider photo showing the bag.
- Video when helpful - for wheel, zipper, handle, or moving-part problems, a short video may help us diagnose the issue.
2. SUBMIT THE CLAIM
Send the claim through the warranty/contact channel designated by 143 Baseball. Include all requested information in the first submission whenever possible. Complete claims can be reviewed faster.
3. 143 BASEBALL REVIEWS THE CLAIM
Our team will determine whether the issue appears to be a covered defect, normal wear, accidental/third-party damage, or another condition. We may request additional photos, video, or information before making a decision.
4. RESOLUTION
For an approved claim, 143 Baseball will determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the issue, we may:
- Send a replacement wheel, wheel assembly, zipper-related component, hardware, or other serviceable part.
- Provide repair instructions or arrange an appropriate repair.
- Request that the bag be returned for inspection or service.
- Replace the bag when repair or component replacement is not practical and the claim qualifies for replacement.
